Environmental Monitoring Program Training
How to design effective environmental monitoring programs to identify, monitor, and control microbiological risks in production areas is explained. Topics covered include determining sampling points, frequency, types of analysis, and interpretation of results. The aim of the training is to increase the effectiveness of the food safety system through continuous monitoring of hygienic conditions. Root cause and corrective action management in case of possible positive results are also addressed.
