Food Labeling Legislation Training

Based on the Turkish Food Codex Labeling and Consumer Information Regulation, mandatory information and declarations that must be included on food labels are explained. Sample label reviews are conducted on allergen declaration, nutrition claims, and misleading statements. At the end of the training, participants have the knowledge to prepare labels compliant with legislation.
