Hygienic Design in Food Facilities Training
The compliance of equipment, buildings, and infrastructure used in food production with hygienic design principles is evaluated. Cleanability, material selection, flow direction, and contamination prevention criteria are addressed. At the end of the training, participants can identify hygienic design errors and develop corrective recommendations.
